Very chic from the outside, clean design and homey ambience. This place offers something new for Pluit Area. When we went there, there's a 20% soft opening discount :)
The food :
1. Duck Green Tea Curry (Rp. 50.000)
Namanya seh mantapppp... Pas gw ngeliat, uda excited banget. Apaan nih green tea curry??? Something new donk :) Pas dicoba... Hmm...
Pas nongol en dicoba, rasa nya setype sama green curry yang di Thai resto gtu. Gw juga heran darimana green tea nya... Tapi ok seh, it's yummy. The idea of putting cherry tomatoes, red grapes and pineapples into a duck green curry is awesome! A bit salty for me but the unique combination of grape's sweetness and salty curry makes me craving for more :)
2. Duck Ramen with Spring Onion (Rp. 55.000)
This one is disappointing.... Standard ramen and standard soup. Poor presentation... really, nothing special...
I think this restaurant tries to fuse japanese and thai food.. But same as the other Zhumas, the taste is not as good as one may hope. Plus the portion is quite small. For me, it's just ok..
