Red Tomato

Hari Senin kemaren, gw sama bbrp anak jiwa mau bikin naskah ujian. Karena kalo bikin dirumah gw ujung2nya tiduran, makanya diputuskan untuk bikin di cafe/resto gitu sekalian lunch. Pas lagi jalan, gw ngeliat ada promo 50% disc Monday only di Red Tomato TA. Sebenernya dulu gw uda perna makan disini tp yg di EX and frankly didn't like it, tapi karena tergiur diskon nya, akirnya kita coba juga



Tempat nya seh standar, type minimalis tp colourful. Buat duduk seh kurang PW tapi yang bagus adalah di setiap meja ada colokan listrik nya! +1

The food:
1. Garlic Bread (Rp. 14.000)


It's quite yummy :) Thinly sliced garlic buttered french bread. U can taste the garlic without worrying that ur breath will be garlicky

2. Mushroom Cream Soup (Rp. 17.000)


Yuck!!! It's actually the type of cream soup I like, the greyish type. But this one is just weird... First of all, cream soup shud be thick, this one is just like clear soup with grey colour. It's not salty, it's not mushroom-y and it's not delicious at all

3. Lasagna (forgot the price, around 40k)


It's yummy :) The portion is average (i could use a bigger one) sour yet refreshing. Served really hot but need more bechamel sauce. The best menu of the day

4. BBQ Pizza (forget the price, around 40k)
Standard issue italian style pizza. Topping nya pelit, rasa nya juga ga gitu enak. Yang gw rasakan cuma bawang bombay melulu... Saos nya agak asem, aneh deh. Engga jelas ini BBQ ato tomato based pizza



4. Fettucine Romana (Rp. 49.000)


It's shud be a creamy sauce fettucine with mushroom, peas and ham but I didn't find it creamy at all. It's still edible but not delicious. I tried to add some parmesan but doesn't help. The pasta texture is quite good, homemade style, not some instant stuff u bought at supermarket.

5. Spaghetti Pollo (Rp. 49.000)


A bed of creamy spaghetti served with fried chicken breast. The spaghetti has a similar taste with the fettucine but has more onions. The chicken taste standard, a bit like KFC's OR. The problem is this.... IT'S STILL RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry Red Tomato but this kind of thing is unacceptable. I told the waiter and this is the response

dr. B: Hmm mas, saya mau ngasi tau nih. Ini ayam nya masi mentah ya (berbicara dengan nada sehalus mungkin karena si Pudel Perek uda melototin gw, takut gw marah2)


Male Waiter : Oh iya Pak, ini mungkin karena kurang di *^$%*& (gw ga denger lagi kata kata tu orang, uda keburu emosi)

dr. B: Saya ga mau tau deh ini diapain, yang saya tau kamu ngasi saya makanan yang masi mentah

Male Waiter: Oh iya pak (terus membersihkan meja dan tidak say sorry at all!!!!!)

Jangankan dikasi compliment lho, bilang maaf aja kaga. Gimana gw ga kesel coba. Tapi karena kita masi harus ngerjain tu naskah, ya uda la ya, gw diemin aja. Dalem ati gw, resiko makan diskonan.

Yang jelas, i will not return to this place!!!!! Bad service, not cozy and the worst of all, they serve raw food!!! VERY NOT RECOMMENDED
